Rental Policy

1. Rental Duration & Pricing:

  • Standard Rental Period: Each dress rental includes a period of 2 business days at no additional cost.
  • Extended Rental: If you need the dress for more than 2 business days, an additional fee of $10 per extra day will apply.

2. Return & Damage Policy:

  • Returning the Dress: Please return the dress by the end of the rental period. If the dress is returned damaged, a damage fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage and the value of the dress. The damage fee will be determined at our discretion.
  • Loss or Non-Return: If the dress is not returned within 5 days after the due date, you will be charged the full “preowned price” of the dress as listed on our website.

3. General Terms:

  • All rental fees and damage charges are non-refundable.
  • By renting from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

4. Credit Card Authorization:

  • In the event of damage or loss, the credit card provided will be charged accordingly for the damage fee or the full preowned price of the dress.
  • A valid credit card is required at the time of rental to cover any potential charges for lost or damaged dresses.
